but how come everybody wit down syndrome looks exactly tha same? they all got tha same face no matta wat race they are!! i am not trying to be a b@#ch i jus wanna know how is that possible for all of them to have tha same face!

Because it affects them all the same way. It creates the same facial distortions in all races because it operates at a genetic level, where we're all the same anyway.
