Okay I am doing a class where they prepare you for the lifeguard lessons.I am doing okay i suppose and i'm trying very hard to lighten up on myself but I need some pointers on swimming.I am having a difficulty with the breast stroke? I can do the kicking(poorly mind you) or the arm movements separately but not together. I frequently pause and I try to center myself and think about what I need to change. I do it right for a few strokes and then I s***w up. Is it best to pause and adjust or just keep going? I don't want to make a habit of doing the wrong thing and that is why I stop.Any tips on how to better coordinate my movements?
