  1. Call your doctor, you will get a faster/more accurate answer that way.

  2. Call your doctor and discuss what's been going on. They may want to see you. If they don't, make an appointment for 30 to 60 days out and  start keeping a journal of your cycle - what days you bleed, what days you don't, when you calculate you were supposed to bleed, how heavy it may have been, exercise, diet, etc. Do this for a month or 2 and then take the journal to your doctor.

Our internal works are a delicate thing and can sometimes get out of wack by things we consider inconsequential like diet or exercise. It could be something simple like maybe you aren't getting enough rest or you are stressed about something or your diet has changed.

Stay in tune with your body and if things don't resume a schedule the way they should, visit your doctor for an evaluation to ensure that something isn't cropping up that can cause trouble in the future.

When my monthly visitor started showing up on a random schedule, I was in my early 30s. I visited my doctor and after numerous tests, I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids. Thankfully, that's not a painful condition and for years, I was able to stay on a more regular schedule by using birth control pills for quite a few years until I opted to have surgery to fix the situation.

(I've never been pregnant so I can't offer any life experience from that point of view.)

  3. Yeah my body acts like that now...cause my birth control. Yeah check with your doc

  4. Sometimes stress messes with your cycle.  Take a pregnancy test and call an Ob/Gyn doctor.

  5. Are you taking birth control? It can sometimes  mess with your period- are you in pain? If so call the doctor!

  6. Well, every woman's body is different and it's possible that your body is not following a specific pattern. It's ok.

If you think you might be pregnant, take a home pregnancy test or visit the doctor.

If you are fearing something else with your menstrual cycle, visit the doctor!! They'll be able to help better than we can.

  7. Getting medical advice from strangers on the internet is - well - really lacking.

Make an appointment with your doctor or clinic and get checked out.
