I will give Ottawa Sidney Crosby IF they give me another box of Tim Hortons donuts (my box is going down every minute. I got TH's today!), and Dany Heatley. BUT Dany has to be my slave boy and sing to me whenever I want him too....

Also If they give me Martin Gerber and he's willing to finish cutting my grass I'll throw in Jordan Staal.

......Kidding of course.

Question: What was the BEST trade of the 2006-2007 season (not this past season everyone) and what was the WORST trade of 2006-2007?

  1. Forget Ottawa... I'll give you that deal with Toronto. You give us Sidney Crosby... I will give you a years supply of TH's Donuts. Forget the donuts I'll even throw in a years supply of Iced caps. And i'm pretty sure Tucker can sing so you can have him as well!

So what do you say.... Deal?

    lol

Best trade: of all the teams I've got to say Hossa

    Worst: i have not idea

  2. QUESTION ANSWER: Well, technically, the best and worst trade could be one and the same, eh? Just depends on who it was good for and who it was bad for. Anyway, I'd say the best trade was Gary Roberts from the Panthers to the Penguins for Noah Welch. The Penguins went on a tear the second half of the season when they got Roberts at the trade deadline. He has been a veteran presence and teacher ever since.

I have to agree that Coburn to the Flyers for Zhitnik turned out to be a bad trade for the Thrashers. Especially come playoffs time. Ouch.

I like Dany Hhheatley. (Ever heard Raj Binder say his name? It's fun.) I won't vouch for his singing though. Oh, and I've never had Tim Horton's... are the donuts THAT good? Haha. If so, do you really think Ol' Overrated is enough to bargain with??

Oh, you're just kidding. WAIT. NO. Let's do the Staal for Gerber deal! Then sign Georges Laraque and trade him for Jared Staal. There, we'll get a Staal back. No one will ever notice it's a different one (at least not the bandwagoners and puckbunnies). We'll just have Geno be the enforcer. He'll always be #2 anyway. He's got a great fighting face actually. It's kind of like:

    >:O

(Come to think of it, you could probably get your fist stuck in the back of his throat...)

  3. Hey Buffalo is closer to Pittsburgh and  I can get you Tim Hortons Donuts quicker haha

oh yea and My neice works at Tim Hortons  so i could get you some donuts for free

Honestly i cant remember many really good or bad trades ffrom 06-07 season sorry

  4. So you want to trade the only FORWARD (Crosby) you have signed past the end of next season for HEATLEY?

You are starting to get SHEROskinsins disease arent you? You are sounding more and more like him everyday!

And wait! Dont Staal and Gerber (babyfood) belong together?

  5. Tim Hortons is not worth it. Im so sick of Timmy's, Starbucks owns.

I would never make a trade to the Ottawa Senators for anything LOL!

Best trade - Marian Hossa to Pittsburgh.

I cannot think of the worst trade.. lol

    Brooksy better effin take it!

  6. Timmy hoes is the best they need to move into the pittsburgh area lol

    hossa trade

  7. i would trade crosby for a dozen timmies donuts too and maybe a large double double

    best trade of 2006-2007

To Vancouver Canucks: Roberto Luongo, Lukas Krajicek and a 6th round pick (Sergei Shirokov) in 2006

To Florida Panthers : Todd Bertuzzi,Bryan Allen and Alex Auld

    worst trade of 2006 2007

toronto trading turka rask to boston for andrew raycroft

  8. Nooo, don't give Crosby to Ottawa! I hate Ottawa. My family is probably going to open a Timmies franchise in a few years anyways, we'll give you all the doughnuts you want for free if you just give us Crosby:)

  9. i can barely remember this years trades

  10. I always have my family up in Michigan import me Tim Horton's down here in Kentucky when they visit.  Timbits are little pieces of heaven.

The best trade of 06-07 has to be Georges Laraque for Daniel Carcillo and a 3rd round pick.  Pittsburgh got a veteran tough-guy, and Phoenix got a young tough-guy.  The worst (most lopsided in my eyes) is Brayton Coburn to the Flyers for Alexei Zhitnik to Atlanta.  That turned out to be a steal for Philly.

Seeing the value of his teammates on the rise, it wouldn't surprise me to see Orpik test the waters himself.
