I'm on BT total broadband but when I try to listen to a launchcast + station I get asked to sign for a trial?

As I understand it as a BT customer I should get use of Launchcast plus but when I try to access plus radio stations I get prompted to sign up for a trial.

Anybody know why?

launhcast plus is an upgrade of the normal launchcast read link.

you still get launchcast

then click on this link then click on listen( left hand side)
