  1. They say there is a "10 day stay" but this is based on speculation. Technically you are supposed to leave the US immediately following your termination.


  2. You must depart the US immediately upon termination.  As a practical matter, if terminated without notice, you might be able to take a few days to book your flight, pack your bags and get to the airport.  After 10 days, you will flagged for visa overstay and become ineligible for another visa.
