If the plane is on the ground, exit it.  Otherwise, make sure that the crew understands the gravity of the situation and notify the captain who will request an emergency landing.  In the meantime, minimize the risk of being harmed by avoiding the snakes if possible and confronting them if necessary.

Contain the snakes.  Designate areas of the plane, one per section, where you'd like the snakes to go.  These areas should be in plain sight and should not obstruct movement of passengers and crew.  Then place pieces of food, ideally small pieces, into those areas to attract the snakes.  They like meat in particular.

If you must must confront them, look for a long object you could use to strike or move them without getting too close.  Such objects found on a plane could include umbrellas and fire safety axes supplied by the flight attendants.

And of course, you should use one of the snake repellents supplied on the plane -- that's just a no-brainer.  Look for a glass case labeled "In Case of Snakes, Break Glass."
