Yes. you have to contact the court through the number that should have been sent to you. Most likely they will accept something like that. I had a death in the family and they didnt ask for proof. Just make sure you're legit just in case

Jury duty service could be postponed if you have a good reason. In some states you can reschedule by phone. Some courts will ask to see you in person...
