I'm on cross country...any tips for me when i'm running?

what should i do to go further? what should i tell myself to go farther?

  1. Just perservere through it. I did XC last year and it was a really hard sport, but I felt so much better afterwards! Make sure you drink TONS of water and have fun!!!


  2. just keep practicing to go further. run at least 15 or 20 miles a week and keep building up.

    when you're running, try to have a song stuck in your head, a motivating one. also, think about how happy you'll be if you get a great time or place. think about all the work you put into it and how impressed people will be. then, you'll definitely go farther. good luck!

  3. Pratice makes perfect! Train 5 days a week 1-2 miles. I usually think of someone in my family that died, and run for them and thinking of them makes me go farther. I also RUN FOR PRIDE!

    To get really good you should train at least three times a day, once in the morning, the afternoon, and at night.
