I'm on o2, does anyone know how to turn off the annoying credit alerts you get whenever you send a text??

I've emailed o2 about it, but is there anything i can do apart from that?

  1. Throw it off the ground.


  2. I got that aswell its not o2 its your phone go on you text settings and it should be on there such seach around for it, it will be on there :)

  3. It is not o2 which sends these alerts. It is built into the phone and it's meant to apparently be handy.

  4. It's a network service from O2, it can't be disabled manually from your phone. The only thing you can do is call O2 and ask them to remove notifications, like above answer says. That's the only way to get rid of it.

  5. its more likely to be a built in function on the phone which is sendign these alerts, rather than o2. try looking in the settings folder in the phone, or read the manual, you should find some help there. if not, go onto the website of the make of phoen you have.

  6. ok, i have done this. phone 02 and sak them ''to remove the notifications'' trust me it works !!
