I'm on the pill but have been sick?

i'm on the pill Levlen ED.

i take my pill in the morning, and the day before yesterday about 4 in the afternoon i started vomiting and the runns (it's a bug not preggers did a test) yesterday i had just the runns. and i took my tablet. today i'm all good!!

Do you think i'd have to worry about my pill not working? took today's too...

The pill will probably have worked fine if you were ill in the afternoon but you take it in the morning.
