I'm ordering boots & the sizes are weird?

I wear a size women's 12. i'm ordering these boots

look at the sizes. all of them are 42 44

is that the european size & if so, is it my size? i know i'm a 44 in the european size but i don't understand what that 42 means.

Call the number and ask them.  i wear 8.5 US size and 39 Euro.  Euro doesn't come in half sizes.
