  1. You should run a couple of miles every day, in the night, so it's not as hot, also you should wear as much clothes as you can, like wear 3 pairs of pants, 3 shirts, you lose more weight if you sweat alot. You should do crunches, puch-ups.

    I digg fit girlz!

  2. 20 minutes everyday and by the do jumping jacks push ups and stretches end of the month you may be more fitJust

  3. volleyball is mainly pushups, crunches, and sprinting. So some days u may want to run a mile. but focus on sprints.

you could put cones out like 5 yards apart. run to the first one and run back. go to each one and then come back. that will definately get u in shape. run like 3 of them.

do about 30 push ups and crunches a day.

  4. what our coaches make us do is alot of push ups, some crunshes, but then this thing where you lay down like in pushup position and then bring your legs in like a frog then jump in the air, and repeat. It really works your thighs. Also our coach says the best way to get in shape is the jump rope, It also improves your vertical jump!

  5. Besides doing those exercises, you also need to watch what you eat. Normally the more exercise you do, the more you eat.

Cut down carbohydrates and red meat. No fried food, no trans-fat, no saturated fat. Make sure you only take a total of 2000-2500 Cal everyday.

More fish, more chicken, more vegetable, more fruit, and more exercise.

Actually any kind of exercise would work, but you want to keep the intensity and make sure you challenge your cardio. Your exercise should last longer than one hour.
