  1. Yes!! Most come with Sauna and Spa as well! It wont be nicer than the private gyms that are 35-55 a month but its great place with good equipment.

You can get a month and a full Membership it varies..

  2. I swam at the YMCA Aquatic Center in Orlando and that was nice. I don't know if they are all nice pools though. I just signed up and went swimming. You can pay per day at some Y's too. You might want to check that out.

  3. The Y is a great place for swimming. Usually you can swim in their pools any time except when there is a team using it. Also, they have a time when families can come and they take all the lane guides out. You might even be able to higher a trainer to help you work out in the pool. They've got great equipment too. I love the Y, and I definitely think you should get a membership. All you have to do is go to their main desk and be like, "I'd like to sign up for a membership." The people there will help you after that. Have fun swimming!

AND, after you sign up you also get access to lots of other things like the weight rooms and stuff.

  4. All you do is go2 the front desk and ask the lady/ man if you could get a membership card. Then whenever you want2 go swimming or work out you just scan your card in. (its on the front desk) theres also a lot of different classes u can take 2 have fun and stay healty.

it also depends if your YMCA is old or not because not everyone fills the pool with new clean water every year. I went swimming in a really old YMCA and i found a band-aid, a hair tie, hair, and dirt in the water. But if the Y you go 2 is new then SWIM AWAY!!!  =)  not many people know when a new pool open up so theres a lesser chance of icky stuff in the water..

then again i go in the YMCA still that i found the band-aid, hair, hair tie, and dirt in.... i just dont touch any of it

  5. The pool at my YMCA is a freakin hot tub! It has pull bouys and kickboards and other stuff, but the pool is way too warm for an intense workout.
