I'm over 18 in ohio and I still have my temps, can I drive alone?

for various reasons, I still have my temporary license...can I drive without my parent in the front seat?

  1. No, unless it's a 100% emergency, ( not school or work, I'm talking about, going to the emergency room or something)


  2. if you mean you still have your permit- not an accual liscense then no.

    but if you have the liscense that you get before they accuacly mail in your real one then you can.

  3. no, when you are above 16, you can drive with an adult 21 or older. But not by yourself. You only have 6 months after getting your temps to get your license. Go to your nearest BMV and ask.
