I'm 13 years old and turning 14 in a couple of months and I need advice to lose my fat Im like 170 to 178 around there and Im starting volleyball pretty soon and maybe I dont look fat Im tall and really pretty trust me but I dont want to be running then run out of breth in front of people even ur own mother man! Tell me some tips,foods to eat, anything to lose this stupid fat quick! I'm sick and tired plus sad what people are telling me especialy if ur heaver then u 3 year older sister Im taller then her too by like 2 inches please I beg u again!!
