I'm painting my room, and i need a dark and a light color that both go with each other and a red bed...help

there's water stains on the top foot or so off the wall and the ceiling, that's why i need the dark color, i was thinking a dark brown and light blue, but i don't know how well that will go with my bed that i just recently painted red with black splatters all over it. suggestions of a dark and light color of paint??

I have chocolate on my walls

my bedroom set is cream

my bedding and curtains are camel

my accessories and throw blanket are red

I love the way the colors go together.

forget needing a dark color.  get a blocking primer from Sherwin Williams, and then you can simply prime then paint in any color you want.  There's no guarantee that the stain won't come through the dark paint.

As for going with a red and black bed, I would suggest a color like studio taupe at Sherwin-williams... This color is great! I did most of my house in  it!

Ummmm... with the bed i'd say maroon and grey.
