It keeps giving me an error saying my device needs either the subscription service, which I have, or that i need to update the firmware, which I did. What else do I need to do? Do I really have to pay the .79 for everything even after paying the 14.99 per month?

  1. You should not have to do anything else.

Make sure you are logged in and you have the most current version of YMJ.  Make sure the firmware on your player is up to date and that it is compatible with YMJ.

If that still doesn't work let me know what player you have and I'll try to help if this is still an issue.

  2. Besides paying you could go and get music for FREE!!!!On your im page go 2 plugins and put launchcast you will see mystation on it click on that and you can choose what kind of music you want

  3. I know on my MP3 player (Sansa e280) I have to have the USB mode set to MTP to be able to transfer Yahoo Music onto it. If it is set to MSC mode it will give me that error message. And no, you do not have to pay 79¢ per song after paying $14.99 a month. That is ONLY if you want to purchase the song and to have the ability to burn it to a CD. Otherwise as long as your subscription is current you can play the song forever.
