Hi, it's my Dad's birthday in a week, and I want to make a really nice dinner for him; appetizers, starters, sides, entrees, and desserts. I have a few ideas, but if anyone has any recommendations I'd really appreciate it.

Thank you! =]

  3. Be sure to include his favorite foods.

  4. Well He's a man so I would go with steak!  I nice thick fillet with garlic mashed potoes and wilted rocket (stacked neatly in the centre of the plate - potato first, then rocket, then steak) and a plum sauce drizzled around the base of you stack :)  for dessert maybe tiramasui made in martini glasses? (these look awesome when your done).  for a starter/entree you could do gourmet mini pizzas (flavours like Thai chicken & prawn or chicken and cranberry with brie).  Good luck! :) xo.

  5. I would for an appetizer make.....blooming onion.  I would have a small salad....then steak with garlic mashed potatoes or steamed veggies or both.  For dessert I would make his favorite dessert or a peanut butter pie......it is sooooo good.
