Could any body tell me what U.S. military base is closest to this location?

There is a air base called the Niagara Falls Air Force Base located at Lockport Road . The only other thing close by other than a Armory located at 184 Connecticut Street in  Buffalo, NY. There is also a US Army Corp of Engineers located at 1776 Niagara Street in.Buffalo, NY. Also there is a US Coast Guard station located at Old Fort Niagara State Park. That is all the millitary presence known to citizens in the area.
