  1. india is a fascinating country.but if you are planning to go to brazil,go when they have their carnival.its crazy down there.

  2. India is a good country to visit..I'm sure u will enjoy the great places there

  3. Time: summer is the rainy season, just warning you. It'll rain for most of the time. I personally love the rain but some people get annoyed with it. I would suggest June or July. The longer you go, the more you'll see.

Place: It depends what you want to see...If you want to see the Taj Mahal, you could stay in New Delhi and take a train to Agra. If you like big cities, Mumbai is the best. It has everything -- the beach, nightclubs, you can get really good deals on clothes and food, and it's safer than Delhi. Mumbai is the NYC of India; some people love it, some people find it intimidating. Kerala is my favorite state in India because it's a really laidback place, it has great beaches, interesting history, and is really scenic and beautiful. It's also known for Ayurvedic medicine and religious harmony; Hindus, Muslims, Christians, and Jews have lived there for thousands of years and there's never been any fighting. Ok, enough Kerala plugging... Goa is where a lot of tourists go, it has great beaches and water sports are very popular. I would suggest traveling from the South to North and see a lot of places, just make sure you have enough time for each place.

P.S. Just so you know, anyone who goes to India has to have a flexible schedule. Most likely, things will not go as you planned. That's the best part, IMO. =)

  4. Summer in India is Hot ( April to June ), Best places to visit are Nainitaal, Ranikhet , Mussorie, Shimla, Kulu, Manali, Darjiling, vally of flowers, Kashmir ( Shrinagar , Gulmarg). ALl these places are north to Delhi and in Himalaya ranges. So weather is cool. Best way is to get down at Delhi as it is the nearest city.

Other details are available on internet.

Come again to India to sea the beauty of South in winter  and rains in Goa.
