Its a Latitude E5400 with 4 gigs of ram and

Intel® Core™ 2 Duo P8600 (2.40GHz, 3M L2 Cache, 1066MHz FSB) I plan to use it to run software's like Rane Serato which deejays use and play games with it like world of war craft but today almost every deejay out there uses a mac book i chose a dell because i was able to customize and still got 4 gigs and it was still more cheep than 4gigs of ram after customizing a mac book which should i get a the dell or the mac book and is the Mobile Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD good for playing world of war craft

  1. NEVER BUY A DELL LAPTOP!

macbook is the best (runs windows too)

theres also toshiba, hp, compaq, asus/asrock

  2. If you want to use the mac software then just dual boot with OSX and porblem solved.

Your getting a motivena chipset (something apples dont have yet) which will run cooler and longer on a battery due to the HUGE cut in power needed for their chipsets.  Its a pretty big deal

As to WoW... yeah it will play fine.  i think i could turn off my 8800GTS and just use c**p VGA drivers and play WoW with 20+frames per second (currently i get from 170-260frame per second)  So yeah anything on the market can play WoW

    As to the rest...

macs dont suck at gaming just not many are written for them

dells dont suck (they are not better or worse than any other brand)

Mac are not the end all be all of computers, they just have good software

Laptops are fine at playing games, i play everything from Crysis to warcraft 1 on mine and it doesnt over heat or have any other problems

  3. Mac's have been known to have a gaming defienciency.  I would go with the dell although niether are a good choice for gaming.  Dell is ok with games, i recommend hp or toshiba. =)

    hope it helps

  4. Sorry to say I really would not buy a laptop and expect to play ANYTHING on it. The specs are good and you should be able to play but laptops aren't the best for CD games. It'll overheat and a whole slush of more problems.

Go ahead try it but I suggest a desktop.
