Do I need to apply Canadian Immigration for my US Citizen kids. Cant they accompany me to Canada with their US Citizen ship .After I obtain the Canadian Permamnant Resident Card , I apply for their Immigration (If needed)...

You will apply for yourself and your children all at the same time.  Unless their other parent is a Canadian citizen then they are already considered a Canadian citizen and will just need to apply and get a citizenship card.
