I'm planning to buy a Dish TV or Tata Sky for my TV. Which one is better?

i have a 29" television. So do i get great clarity in installing this Tata Sky or Dish TV. coz i've heard that as screen size increases clarity decreases. do this connection have all channels like the cable operaters provide. or should i continue with my cable operator with a SET TOP BOX which is available with my cable operator.

My choice will be 1. CONDITIONAL ACCESS SYSTEM 2. RELIANCE BIG TV DTH 3. DISH TV 4. TATA SKY.

CONDITIONAL ACCESS SYSTEM is best. It gives the customers the choice of choosing the channels at RS5/- PER CHANNEL. One gets almost every new pay & free channel. At present CONDITIONAL ACCESS SYSTEM has started in south delhi,south mumbai,south kolkatta, chennai.

RELIANCE BIG TV DTH has not launched commercially. It plans to start its service with 240 channels. It uses MPEG4 TECHNOLOGY. That can show more channels. Go to the website of RELIANCE BIG TV DTH www.bigtv.co.in for lots of good features.

DISH TV has commercially launched. It uses MPEG2 TECHNOLOGY. At present there are 188 channels. Go to the website of DISH TV www.dishtvindia.in. DISH TV shows many interactive services like - movie on demand for ordering movies at RS. 45/- per movie, active games, astro active, active zee news, active sports whenever are provided by broadcasters. At present interactive services are free. In maxi package all channels are available except regional channels of DISH TV. DISH TV is also planning to launch its own satelliate after which channels on DISH TV will increase.

DISH TV  is also planning to launch set top boxes of MPEG4 TECHNOLOGY that will be able to show more channels. At present DISH TV also shows channels of DD- DIRECT. DISH TV  has 14 transponders

TATA SKY has commercially launched. It uses MPEG2 TECHNOLOGY. At present there are 147 channels. TATA SKY is showing many new channels & active services in various packages. TATA SKY has 14 transponders. Active services like- showcase for ordering movies at RS. 75/- per movie, active games, active stories, active learning, active star news, active cooking, active astrology,active darshan, active newsroom, active doordarshan, active sports whenever are provided by broadcasters .  That is not a good thing. I have SITI CABLE CONDITIONAL ACCESS SYSTEM in SOUTH DELHI, DISH TV, TATA SKY. I am very dissatisfied with TATA SKY that i will never recammond TATA SKY to anyone. So do not go for TATA SKY & spoil your TV viewing.

So my suggestion will be that if you live in CONDITIONAL ACCESS SYSTEM area then go for CONDITIONAL ACCESS SYSTEM or else wait for the launch of RELIANCE BIG TV DTH.
