I'm planning to buy a lot ina subdivision in the Philippines,what are the legal papers/documents needed?

to be given bythe vendor to expidite payments in order to register and transfer the lot or pay taxes in my name

  1. talk to  a broker, lawyer or whoever professionals related to legals stuffs.


  2. Look for a real estate agent or broker to help you with that.

  3. The seller should give your the

       * original title to the property ( subdivided lot )

       * contract to sell from subdivision developer

       * copy of government permits ( authority to sell )

       * deed of sale duly notarized

       * payment of the capital gains tax in the BIR office in the area where the property is located

      *  up-to-date payment of real property tax - assessors office of the local government ( city / municipality )
