Would make my beans poisonous, and dangerous for people to eat? Could I sell such food that grows in a pot or plastic recycled stuff? I don't want to sell poisoning foods, and I want to earn. Oh, and the soil I use is healthy, because it was once a composite pile.

  1. P Cool, You asked an honest question so I'll try to give you an honest answer.  There is nothing in the pots that would harm your plant or be poisonous to the people who eat them.  If you have any reservations about the plastic pots use the fired clay pots.   They will cost a little bit more but over all are better pots for growing plants than the plastic ones.  The soil you are using sounds great, no problems there.  Now, that said, I guess that the rest of this is my question.  What kind of beans do you think you can grow enough of in pots to create a business selling them?  Unless you are using "beans" as a metaphor for something that would be a much more profitable business, I can't think of any.  Good luck in your business venture, you may need it.

  2. No. Either one. Great. Even better. Good Luck.

  3. Skip the pot, you won't need it. Put your seed right in the ground and that will be a lot less work.

  4. Growing beans in a pot will not make them poisonous but unless you have several hundred pots you likely will not be able to produce enough beans to sell at market
