It's very flat when it's empty in the morning but then after I eat (even if it's something very small, like a breakfast bar or 1/2 of a banana) it pokes out. DX Then it get's a little worse after lunch and dinner and it stays that way til morning again.

It's not massive or anything but I HATE it because I know I would be so happy with myself if it stayed like it looked in the morning. I can suck it in and it looks like that but who wants to walk around all day squeezing their guts in!?

P.S - it's not bloated because I don't eat a lot of sodium and all I drink is water. I jog 1-2 miles every night and do crunches. Plus I'm 5"3 and 86 pounds if that helps. Oh, and I'm not old enough to take any of those diet supplement thingies so don't prescribe them, please.

THANKS A LOT!

to me what works is situps   like you mentioned you did them, i do about 100-200 a night and then the next day, my stomach will look fine.

i hope that works for you, good luck(:  btw, i love harley quin and the joker !!

  2. First of all. you are very underweight for your heigth.

If you want to flatten your tummy, you have to exercise.  No matter how low your weight is, if  you are not in shape your body will be flabby and fatty.  HUGS!!

  3. u r way underweight, i mean i am 5'7 and i weigh 105, but being that skinny is unhealthy, and i have the same problem with me stomach, its annoying as h**l, just when u eat, eat really slow, and take small bites, and i feel like i have to suck in too like all day, and its annoying, i mean peeps say i am skinny, but my stomach only sticks out after i eat. but not too much but still. my freinds dont notice, but i do and its not cool. lol, so just dont worry about cuz no one really notices, lol.
