Mixes give better results indeed. When races mixed the offspring is in most of the cases better than the ancestors.

I am 1/8 American Indian, 1/8 French, 1/8 Italian and the rest spanish.

I am taller and stronger than my ancestors. (I dont say better good looking because some of my ancestor  were good looking too, but phisically my brother and I are more powerful than any of them).
