I'm re-doing my room? Will you please help me decide how to do it? Please help me design my room!?

Question

I'm a teenager and I'm redoing my room. I have no idea what theme to go with! So I'm asking you guys to give me the basic elements of a room design ie: theme, room color, a bedspread, examples of furniture etc.

I really appreciate it and the best design gets best answer!

A little about me:

I'm a teenage girl, I'm a steelers fan, I love bright colors and rich color combinations. Like bright blue and gold! I like patterns and would like my wall to be one solid color. I'm not big on florals. I'm an animal lover...not much else to say...I play the piano...like politics.

when re-decorating home, bedroom or any other room, always try to choose colors according to feng shui. in this case you will activate powers of 5 elements (water, earth, metal, wood and fire) and support all your lucky "areas" - this will attract love, romance, wealth, money, prosperity, luck etc etc

Paint the walls in one of your favorite colors and then seek out some border, you can change it later if you want a different look.The border can go at the top or half way down.
