I'm really, really skinny right now. If I got like muscles/abs, would it make me a bit thicker?

I'm like crazy skinny. Wait-size 26 pants fit me. Although I usually go for 28 because they rarely ever have 26.

  1. That is the point.  Ha

    Workout, eat a lot of protein.  You will grow bigger muscles and yes you will look "thicker"

    EDIT : Well how tall are you?  I wear a size 30 so we are sorta on the same boat.  But like I said, just workout, eat more, gain some mass and by the end of the year, you'll be happy to look at yourself in the mirror and feel much better!

  3. i wear 28. and you should already have abs, they just aren't always visible.

  4. You have to eat more protein. Foods that have protein: Meat and chicken. Even eat some protein bars. If you work out and eat like that, then you'll probably get a bit "thicker" if you develop muscles or abs. =)

  5. i'm really really skinny too i'm currently working out i'm hoping it will make me more built in shape, all i'm saying is i'm in the same boat as you so don't think your the only one with the skinny body :P

  7. U need to eat and eat a lot not only proteins bit carbs and fats cos your body needs fuel to lift those weights in the gym. Eat twice of what u eat now!
