well it wont be artistic but you can use nitro rc cars . there fun and they look great . wait you can buy a blank cover and paint it with your own design

You could go on the official Sims2 website and download the homecrafter plus kit, where using paint documents, it is possible to insert your own floors and walls to the game.

make a prison. cells, ugly walls, etc. then put a load of prisoners in it and a couple of officers then seal it off so they can't escape.

Use the sims body shop (should come with the game) to create new clothes. There are loads of websites to teach you how to use it.
