I'm really clumsy and forgetful and i want to change...?

Um, for example I left my ipod and my phone on the bus today and I forget my lunch a lot and I've lost my wallet many many uncountable times and i forget dates for babysitting jobs and track meets and there are other illustrations of my "flightyness" but i won't list them all...So yeah, baisically I'm really sick of myself + want to change... It's really hard cause its like programmed into my dna or something....

have any tips to help???

  1. It may seem hard, but just try to change. If you actually think about it, then  you might actually pay attention and remember. The thing is the reason you are not remember these things is probably because you don't care about them a lot. (I may seem crazy, but it just may well be true.) So just try your best. You will change if you try. I promise. If it still doesn't work try writing these things down. And make it so you will remember that you wrote it down to, I have wrote myself notes and never really noticed them, lol.


  2. Ok, heres the thing, u can make scheguels to keep track of things like: Morning-.lunch-.cell phone-.wallet. So u can keep track of things.

  3. clumsy?  Be sure to be well-rested, don't put things where they don't belong and stay organized.

I can think of two ways which personally use.  You can get a calender or planner and write down times of each days activities and review it every morning or you can use post it notes and stick them in different areas where you will see them.  For instance on the front door or whatever door you go out of put a post it that says don't forget your lunch.  When you are on the bus keep your phone or ipod in your hand or lap so you won't forget it and do a check before you leave school to be sure you have everything you will need for that evening.
