I'm really ridiculously upset?

what do you do to cheer yourself up?

wine? leaving the house for no reason? (these are things that I have thought of but have no idea if its a god idea or not)

help pretty please. ten points for someone who can cheer me up :)

  1. Go shopping or  call friend up and go out to diner,Stay home drinking wine it not going help you just going get more depress. Go to bar where there are pool table table place some pool or just set there and chat it worked for me now I make more friends then ever just don't set at home and depress. get out and live.

  2. I wouldn't get drunk, you make dumb decisions when you're upset and drunk. I know I have and I've made a fool of myself.

    Sit down and watch a movie, or read a book. Or even call a good friend up and go out or talk on the phone.

  3. Call a friend and go out to dinner or shopping or any other normal thing you do with your friends. Tell your friend about whatever it is that's upsetting you, sometimes all you need is to vent and free your mind of all the upsetting thoughts. If you can't get in contact with a friend then go shopping by yourself and buy yourself a nice treat. Leaving the house would definitely be a nice idea, even if its just for a short walk, you need a breath of fresh air.

  4. Stand up!

    Jump around!

    Shake that ***!

    Go up and down!
