I'm really scared help!!!!!!!?

i'm having a panic attack and i cant stop thinking somethings ganna happen to me. i had knife attack happen to me a few years ago at school, and it starts tomorrow and i cant stop thinking about what happened. help please

  1. Wait, you have a knife attack and lived to tell about it, and now you are scared.  I think just about the worst thing has happened to you, and you are doing excellent!  School starts tomorrow, and you start school.  Relax, be cool, and know that you are in control.


  2. your scared. this happened to a neighbour of mine who had a bag snatch, she did not want to go out.

  3. See a therapist or a school counselor. Tell them you're having bad panic and anxiety attacks. Alot of people take xanax.

  4. You need to see a therapist. He/she will do certain things with you to calm anxiety/panic attacks.

    3. if you stay with the group transferring classes you will not be alone

  6. just think about it this way. even though it was a scary time then that was a few years ago, things change and people change. you'll be fine stay strong and dont worry about it. take deep breaths and try to calm yourself down. good luck

  7. Just take a deep breath and think about the future. You are still here, you are OK, and you are going to make this a great year. I certainly don't blame you for being scared but try to be strong. You will be OK, this too shall pass and you will see. Stay strong, keep your head up, and relax.   9. I am so sorry you were attacked with a knife at school! That is so unfortunate. Have you gone through therapy regarding this matter? Hope so. Just know that although you encountered something scary in the past doesn't mean it will repeat itself. You must be strong and over come this panic, panic is just a thought, a fear and is not real although it feels bad it is up to you to recognize that it is only your internal fear and it WILL pass..... it will.
