totaly depend wat theme you want chosse three main colours then wats ure budget u can go to charity shops to get bedquilds ect the other day i got a white studed belt a blue and white striped hoody and some white and grey stripe converses, all tigether cost £4 serious charity shops rock! anyway chosse three main colours that go well together use wallpaper on one wall make the furneture ether darker or lighter compared to other coulours, get new bed spread, and stuff like bean bag storige ect and basicly as long as it matches then u can do it pretty cheaply, if there be ikea near u and flat packz arnt scary (like they r 2 me!) then go there 2! gd luck!

A 'scene' room could be anything.  You could have a 'Seascape' scene....or the 'Balcony Scene' from Romeo and Juliet.  You will have to give us the specific scene that you are after.

1. Pick a wall color

2. Get a new bedspread or quilt, whatever it is you want your room theme to look like.

3. Get accesories. This inclueds lamps, clocks, lights, chairs, ect... in the different colors and in your room theme.
