I use autosurf programs like topsurfing.net to get free hits to your referral link. It gets people to actually go to your link and it doesn't cost.  I use topsurfing.net every time and sometimes other autosurf programs.

First of all, get yourself a web page. Posting the links alone won't be very effective. Add some personal touch to it and it will work. Don't expect miracles though, this really takes time.

If you need referrals, visit my page where I give a list of free programs you can join. I have tried many more programs but put only the best onto my list. Just remember to have a good page with good content. It is the content that sells, after all :)
