My information is somewhat dated since my friend died about three years ago of an overdose.

About five years ago we were in Vn together and he bought some heroin in his hometown (not Saigon). I asked him how much he had paid ($100 usd) for what looked to be about a half pound bag of that junk.

He was a great guy, but a total moron who left a wife and young daughter.

What a waste.
