I'm running Win 98 and can't get updates from Microsoft. While surfing web, I get error message/ send report?

I've tried retarting the computer and it helps for awhile but later I get the same message.

win 98 is no longer supported by microsoft.  If you dont want to upgrade to win xp or you find it costly, the only thing that you can do is to reformat your comp and reinstall win 98.

How to reinstall?

Look the for the cd that you goes together with the comp when the first time you purchased it. (the disc says something about "restore disc" or some kind)

There are no updates for Win98.  Microsoft no longer supports that OS.  It's time to move on friend.  XP is probably the best way to go for a system that old, or you might want to consider a new computer.
