I'm running a charity for developing countrys and need help?

i am raising money so i can but items that will help people in Ethiopia, Sri Lanka and Indonesia. . Any suggestions as to what items i should buy. An example would be a condom because they decrease the infant mortality rate and decrease the amount of AIDS in developing countries. It should be preferably cheap, because that way more people can be helped. Thanks all that helped you are greatly appreciated
