  1. you have a heightened sense of fear b/c of all the information you've been getting lately. if you've had those dreams recently i'd say that it's for the same reason and you not being able to talk or yell is common in dreams. i think it happens when you can't express your concerns to other people(in real life) or deal with the issue at hand.

ie. my mom died a few years ago and i've had several dreams that i was visiting her before her death. no matter how many times and ways i try to tell her about her imminent death, i never succeed and she dies no matter what.

  2. i agree! have someone with you if you can! go out a bit more on your own too just so you realise that you are ben paranoid! i know it happens all the time but you cant let it stop you living your life now can you! if you did that with everything youd become a recluse!

  3. I was very scared of dying and dark when I was between 12 to 21 or 22 years old. But slowly all the fear went away by it self.

Don't worry its normal to fear. Try to concentrate on other thing. He happy. Watch funny movies. :)

  4. Trust in God. Pray when you get scared or are walking alone (avoid walking alone if possible)  when i get scared i just pray and the fear slowly goes away! but yes like you said you should still be cautious by never walking alone and always having some way to be able to call for help on some sort of a phone.... hope this helps

  5. I actually know someone who is in the same situation. All you can really do is keep telling your self that your just over reacting, of course this stuff happens everyday, your odds are just as likely as anybody elses but as long as you play it safe you should be fine! if your that worried about it while your walking somewhere.. take a dog (if you have one) or ask a friend to go with you having a second person always makes you feel more secure.
