My BFF, Miranda, Sent me an offline message on msn, that she had loads of fun with a popular girl named Brenda, and a close friend name Amy. She said how we had so much fun together, and they stayed there for half an hour

I'm scared because usually Miranda always talks about how she wishes to be popular and it would be cool to have attention. Of course she's's just joking because we both hate the popular crowd. I feel worried because what if she ditches me for them? And by the way, Amy is a girl we really hate, and she is soodesperatete to be popular. She's trying to steal my best friend away. We hate her,.

Me and her have fights sometimes, but then we realise that were being kiddish, and then we become friends again in less than a day.

So do you think that Miranda will ditch me for the popular crew? We have been best friends for 2 years, and were really close.

Hopfully she will not. She can have popular friends and other friends. Some people might ditch there old friends. Maybe you could just ask her?

i don't think Miranda will ditch you, but it she can get in with the popular group, she will only be with you when they aren't around.

Yes, in every joke there is some truth.

Although you "hate" the popular ppl, you want to be them, and if you had the chance you'd do so in a heartbeat.

Your friend will probably say it has nothing to do with being 'popular' but rather that she is freinds with Brenda and nothing more. And then when you accuse her of just hanging out with Brenda because she's popular it will drive you to further and further apart
