  1. Its Normal to be scared before a presentation just remain calm and don't worry everything will turn out all right if something does go wrong just carry on no-one will notice

    Good Luck

  2. Practice in front of family and friends. Make sure you know what you are talking about. Take a few deep breaths before you start. Keep eye contact with a friend or the teacher (someone safe) while you speak. It will get easier as you do it, just like riding a bike.

  3. Almost everyone will feel nervous. Presenting in front of groups is a common fear. If you have been practicing your talk at home, you should do fine. If you are presenting in a group, let your members help guide you along. If your teacher allows use of notes, feel free to write index cards.

  4. When presenting, don't look down all the time, and instead of looking at people's faces, look at their forehead, or the space just above their head. Don't talk to fast, just breath normally and talk at a normal pace. If you have a couple of friends in your class, present to your friends. Look at them when you talk. Tell them that your nervous beforehand and they will be able to offer you support when you look at them. Try practicing your presentation before school too. Stand in a comfortable position and try not to mess with your hands too much.

  5.
