I'm scared of cockroaches?????

I cant see one because Im aout to die, what an I do to fight this fobia????

the next time you see one, go and stomp it and kill it! don't stop to think about it, just act and do it. If you think about it too much, it'll freak you out.

Well I see people find it necessary to be rude for no reason.  

I hate them too.  I bought Lysol 4 in 1 cleaner (it's yellow liquid) and I have not used that to kill roaches, but spiders die within 5 seconds so I can't imagine roaches would survive.  I needed something to use indoors and we get spiders here in Florida and I had the freakin biggest one I've ever seen indoors.  I thought my heart was going to drop out of my chest.  Well, after finally killing it by spraying RAID, I discovered through trial and error that this Lysol stuff works much quicker than anything else I've used including RAID and I feel much better using it indoor since I have pets.  

There is something called systematic desensitization and I tried to find a website I thought would accurately provide information on that type of treatment but wasn't happy with my results.

A phobia is an irrational fear -- nothing irrational about a fear of cockroaches -- it's probably hereditary -- this are filthy disease carrying pests.

but yeah I agree, stomp the livin daylights out of 'em.  makes me feel better.
