I'm scared that I'm too fat for Amusement Park rides at Kings Island?

I am 5'7 weigh 320. I'm more broad than "fat" I'm getting ready to go to Kings Island and I'm scared to death I wont fit on the rides, the belt wont buckle, or the bar wont go over my chest (44dd) I dont think they have the chair at the exit seat to check to see if you can even fit. I dont want to humiliate myself or my children. Has any bigger people had any experiences with Kings Island?

  1. My dad has and sadly, most amusment parks are designed for "thinner" people. If you're not going just with your kids you sould probably skip most of the rides.

  2. Just try it out, and don't worry. Who cares if people stare...they're just people...people you don't even know! You will probably be just fine...go there and see because you wouldn't want to miss out on the fun, right?!

  3. Don't sell yourself short maybe you could end up being able to go on the rides. If not forget it. You shouldn't worry about something like that! You'll be fine! :) Hope I helped!

  4. It looks like from their website, the rides in the kiddie part (Nickelodeon Universe) are just for the kids, unless they are really little and need to be with an adult.

The others, I really can't answer because I am not sure what you all would want to go on.

Here is their website.  I would look at the pictures and see what kind of restraints they have and judge that way.

My hubbie and I went to Kings Dominion and we aren't the smallest people and we had no problem getting on the rides, just kind of wiggled in (I am shorter than you are, but have the same chest size).  Most of the larger parks have middle seats that are a bit wider and are for larger people on the newer rides.
