I'm scared that an eBay user scammed me?

Question

I bought an LG Rumor off of eBay on monday July 7th, the user was 100% positive ranking, and all of his customers were satisfied, so I bought it. I sent the payment right away and the next day, I looked on My eBay and it says 'This user is no longer registered on eBay'. The day I bought it the item description was valid, now it is not valid.

So did he take my money without sending my item? It is saturday and i ordered it on Monday.

thats why you should use paypal.

Check "Order Status" in the "won" column.

This same thing happened to me once. i hope you used Paypal or a Credit Card. You'll get a refund but it may take a month. but i hope you get your item.

File a Paypal dispute. I did and I received a refund.

Let's just think positive, and believe that this seller is honest, and will still ship your item out.  Check your emails and or my messages to see if the seller has sent you a message.  Try to get their user profile information with their address and telephone number.  If you get this information contact the seller, and let them know you haven't received your item yet.  Sometimes it takes a while for items to ship and be received.  Lastly if all this fails, contact Ebay/Paypal and let them know about this, so they can start the process of refunding your money.  Hope this information helps you.

Contact Ebay and let them know what happened, there is a guarantee when you used the paypal. Let them know and they will help you out. Good luck :)
