I'm scared to drive...please answer?

I got my license a few days ago and i'm nervous about driving by myself. Why am i so afraid of driving by myself? What can i do so it's not so weird being by myself in the car?

I think, the most important thing you have to do is to drive.

You just need some experience to drive.

Ask your parents, brothers, sisters or a friend, with a license to drive with you and then take the car and drive (if possible somewhere with less traffic).

By and by you won´t be nervous about driving.

It´s the same thing, like many other things.

Practice makes perfect.

As long as you're not living ina thriving metropolis PRACTICE makes perfect...and if you ARE living in a busy area, then start driving when there are less people on the road such as early in the morning (NOT during rush hour though).

Also, every U.S. city has country roads, so utilise those for the basic skills...

If this is too much to stomach...do a couple of laps at your local bumper/GO karts place.
