I'm searching fr a chap working with Genxinfotech in Pune who took 50K advance & doesn't answer the phone now

We're a Dubai based online travel company and they are in the midst of our project for which we've prepaid approx. 80% of the total invoice. Now they seem to have changed their company tel nos and don't pick up our calls to their mobiles or homes.
