thats kind of a biggoted question.  They are just people.  Ask them what they are interested in.  Don't just assume they are into fen.  They just might fool you.  I'm not a big fan of Chi coms but they are just people and as long as they aren't communist chinese then who cares.

Try to avoid showing houses with numbers which end in 4, like 14, 24, etc. Numbers ending in 8 would be popular. However 58 is to be avoided. 53 should be avoided too. Also, avoid houses with large obvious religious altars, especially if they're from a different religion.

You need to ask this family what they want to avoid.  As said by other commenter, it may or may not be their thing.

No Fake plants or trees.

Ask The owners to please put any false plants away.

Also, it would not be bad manners to just go ahead and ask them if they prefer a more auspicious layout in a floorplan
