Lake Eola in Orlando. It has a waterside amphitheatre, and the lake itself has a lot of black swans that swim in it seemingly all year long.

Church Street Station in downtown Orlando. It's an area with shopping, bars and restaurants that's built in/around an old train station. There are still old trains outside of it. It is pretty awesome.

Pleasure Island, too, although I am not sure how tour-worthy it actually is. It's basically a hub for Orlando nightlife.

St. Pete's Beach! I absolutely loved it there. There's a cool 50's-style diner right on the beach — can't remember the name, though — where you should stop for lunch.

EDIT: Someone mentioned Hilton Head; if that's within your range, you should definitely include it.
