  2. No, but poly thread will match the care characteristics and strength of the fabric.  Cotton thread usually has a lower burst strength than poly of the same diameter, and will rot under conditions that poly will take in stride.

    Suggested brands of poly thread in the US: Gutermann, Mettler Metrosene, American Efird's poly

  3. Looks like poly-ester thread mite best suit the poly ester garment .
